Hephzibah initiative is a faith- based non governmental non profit organization
aimed at creating a platform for the hurting and the needy women between ages 18years and 45years regardless of culture,tribe in order to fulfill their glorious destiny as purposed by the Almighty God. The primary aim of this initiative is to empower the hurting and needy women by making the world a better place for these categories of women which are the vulnerables.
It’s so unfortunate that a lot of women have been betrayed, molested, condemned by their spouses, families and the society. This initiative was however born out of the passion the visioner( Mrs Olakunle) has for women who are hurting and needy. A passion she has nursed since she was young which grew stronger as she faced certain challenges in life. However, Hephzibah initiative focuses in counseling, poverty alleviation, mentoring, skills and acquisition, capacity building, outreaches, good health and well being of women. Women face a lot of challenges in life ranging from education to health to career to business to marriage and in all facet. We are however determined to use all tool available to empower women in order to make them invulnerable in the society which will enable them to be strong and eventually become nation builders.
Hephzibah initiative is a non-profit organization that depend largely on volunteering to aid our process and to diligently carry out our projects.
our Mission
- We will achieve our mission through faith-based events.
- We will engage in thorough counseling and mentoring for the hurting women.
- We will engage in economic and educational development program.
- We will organize capacity building and entrepreneurial trainings quarterly.
- We will engage in skill acquisitions programs and build vocation centres close to communities where specific projects are carried out.
- We will empower women with start-up funds
- We will seek employment for those willing to work but could not get a job.
- We will ensure that pooled resources from donors are efficiently distributed to meet the basic needs of these women.
OUR OBJECTIVES
Hephzibah initiative has these main objectives:
- To counsel, mentor and support hurting and needy women
- To alleviate poverty by empowering women through education, training, and skill acquisition
- To support young women entrepreneurs through capacity building and provision of start-up funds
- To promote women empowerment initiative through collaboration, Patnership, technologies, advocacy and human resources.
